By submitting a return request, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the procedures and provisions set out on this page, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale previously accepted at the time of purchase.

Request Return / Withdrawal

Return Conditions
14+14 days total:

• 14 days from delivery to request a return (withdrawal notification).
• 14 days from the request submission to dispatch or return the merchandise to LEAM.

Methods, terms and conditions:

• Return requests (RMA) can be made from your account in the “My Leam → Orders” section or, for non-registered users (Guest), by completing the lookup form on this page.
• Only returns with an RMA code automatically generated by the system or provided by customer support will be accepted.
      • Returns are not free, both below fees are deducted from the refund:
          ◦ Return shipping costs per item: €40+€35
• Original Import duties/taxes are non-refundable as Customs collect them in your country.
• Wait for the DHL return airwaybill issued/forwarded by LEAM.
• Send the return using the same box used for delivery equipped with self-adhesive closure.
• When preparing the shipment, Goods must be returned in the exact same condition as exported and within customs time limits. It is mandatory not to attach anything to the package, except the waybill.
• The products must be correctly packaged in the original packaging, in perfect condition (not ruined, not used, not damaged, not incomplete or with missing parts) and complete with all labels and tags attached, all original packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, coat covers, etc.) received with the order.
• Our items come with a security tag that guarantees the authenticity of our products. In case of removal or breakage, even if accidental, it will not be possible to return it. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and have no marks of any kind.
• Returned products must correspond to those originally shipped by LEAM and must be complete with all accessories, components, original packaging, and tags (where applicable). If a returned product is different from the one originally supplied, incomplete, altered, damaged, or otherwise not in the same condition as when it was shipped by LEAM, LEAM reserves the right, following inspection, to reject the return and send the product back to the Customer, or to accept the return while applying a reduction to the refund amount. Any such reduction shall be determined on a case-by-case basis and shall be proportionate to the loss in value of the product resulting from the identified discrepancy, damage, incompleteness, alteration, or any other non-conformity compared to its original condition at the time of shipment.
• All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.
• Swimsuits and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over your personal underwear. Returns will be refused and sent back to the customer if the items show signs of use.
• If the customer refuses the original delivery, all costs related to returning the shipment to the sender will be deducted from the refund.

• Returns of products that are damaged, used, or only partially returned (i.e., not complete with all components/accessories) will not be accepted.
  The customer will be responsible for collecting any refused return and for all related costs incurred in sending it back.
  Tampering with or altering products is strictly prohibited under any circumstances, regardless of the cause.
• Goods made to measure or personalized or which by their nature cannot be returned or are at risk of deteriorating or expiring rapidly.
• Goods without the original packaging or with the relevant guarantee seal, present on all items, broken or tampered with.
• LEAM reserves the right to inspect the goods upon arrival. In case of any anomalies, or if the returned items are used, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise not in their original condition, LEAM reserves the right to refuse the return and therefore not issue a refund. In such cases, the shipping costs to send back the refused product are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged at the time of re-shipment.
• If there are errors or the products present defects, the customer is invited to immediately contact [email protected], LEAM reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods or taking charge of the shipping costs for the return of the goods at its warehouses.

Refund methods and timing:

• Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for purchase.
• The refund will be issued within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return, although timing may vary depending on the financial institution and only to the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Shipping costs are not refundable.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised with reference to certain products and services indicated in **Art. 59, Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code)**.

The Customer must express his intention to exercise the right of withdrawal by initiating the guided procedure via the button above or directly from their account, according to the conditions and methods described here.

LEAM is not responsible for any delays due to errors in completing the waybills filled in by customers as well as delays due to incorrect indications of the address and delivery details.

Additionally for all nations outside the European Union:
LEAM is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or administrative charges arising from errors, omissions, or failure to comply with the required procedure by the customer, including (but not limited to) incorrect or untruthful declared value, product category, description, or composition. All information provided by the customer must be accurate and truthful. LEAM reserves the right to refuse delivery and/or customs clearance for shipments with false, incomplete, or incorrect declarations, and any resulting costs, delays, penalties, or liabilities will be borne solely by the customer.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading applies.
